Your stationery is the first impression for your guests and the first chance for you to tell your love story. Your invitation designer is an important partner in storytelling. Please inquire if you're drawn to our studio's body of work including illustration style and calligraphy. We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind suites that reflect you and your partner's unique wedding.

We schedule an in-depth consultation to get to know you and your partner better, you and your family's vision for your wedding paper and to determine if we are a good fit process and design-wise. The consultation also serves to inform the design process as we go over inspiration, likes and dislikes, and must-haves for your stationery. This is a good stage 

III. Booking and Design

If you've determined you'd like to proceed with Kelsey Malie Design, next steps include a booking deposit, collecting your wording, and preparing a timeline for suite design and delivery. We provide 3 unique designs for all suite and Save the Dates based on your inspiration and guidance during our consultation. We will refine those 3 designs through an editing process until you're ready to sign of.

IV. Print and Mailing

We partner with talented printers that allow us to provide print methods from sculpted embossing to fully engraved suites. Suites are then assembled by hand in our studio and mailed with tracking to your guests.
